According to the person who found the glitch..

To perform this glitch simply take out your throwing knives begin your run then press and hold the X button. You will also need the Flying Knife upgrade available at the training area in the Villa. Ezio will then continue to run in a straight line until you either change your weapon, let go of X, or get hit by and enemy attack. This Glitch can also be used to escape the boundaries of the map as seen in the video. I believe I’m the first person to find this glitch.

This cheat looks more suitable for Call of Duty: World At War’s zombie maps at wave 200+.
